Most clubs / associations require a minimum of five years' leasing of their ground/arena to gain grant funding - if you own your ground the development will enhance the assets you own.

Pro Sports Solutions charges a small fee for time/admin upon engagement and then takes 10% of the final grant. This is always built into your costings for your planned actions and therefore does not cost the club / association any outlay.
